InkuA creates roles and positions based on the proposals and interests or projects of the members. Your career at InkuA will constantly push you to develop in leadership roles inside our organzation​.

A DAY AT INKUA

This is how a work day, could look to an InkuA member. The meeting schedule and tasks are determined by the members of the team.

⏰ All this can be done in about one hour. 

WHICH ROLE SUITS YOUR CURRENT SITUATION BEST?

MEMBER 

Positions requiere from 1 hours  a week up to 8 hours a week. Members are reviewed by HR and awarded by their direct superiors for their contributions. 

1. InkuA Member: Engage with InkuA in any capacity, contributing to our shared vision.
2. Department Member: Execute operational tasks within a department, supporting one or more projects.
3. Team Manager: Oversee a project and/or team, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
4. Department Director: Manage department operations, leading your team towards achieving strategic objectives.
5. Area Director: Provide guidance to department directors in your expertise area, aligning efforts with InkuA's strategic goals.
6. Regional Director: Coordinate Area Directors within a specific country or region, fostering operational growth.
7. C-Level Member: Executive roles including CEO, CFO, CPO, CMO, etc., who set and steer the organization's strategic direction.
   

MENTOR

As a menor your only task is to participate in either team or 1 on 1 meetings, and keep track of the person you are mentoring. The minimun commitment would be 1 hour a month for 12 months. 

1. Team Mentor: Mentors members and teams to work together.
2. Project Mentor: Mentors Managers or Projects on how to manage tasks and get stuff done.
3. Department Mentor: Mentors  Directors and Managers on how to operate their department effectively.
4. Area Mentor: Mentors Area Directors on everything related to a specific field.
5. Regional Mentor: Mentors Regional directors on how to work on a specific region. 
6. C-Level Mentor: Mentors C-Level members. 

ADVISOR

Advisor roles are the ones that are less time consuming and commited. The advisory board has the same structure as a normal department. 

1. Advisory Board Member: Be invited to meetings. Be featured on the website.
2. Advisory Board Manager: Organizes the teams and projects needed by the board. 
3. Advisory Board Director: Manage the board resources, meetings, structure and dynamics.
