Chief Community Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Not only do they understand business goals, but they also envision and execute strategies to achieve these goals. At the core, a CCO is the mastermind of all community initiatives. In case of InkuA, it's main goal is to manage user interactions and content created, focusing on creating more impact. The role is extremely flexible, and has very easy to follow KPI's and results.

EXAMPLE TASKS

  • Participate in online team meetings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on community feedback and social media trends to inform future strategies.
  • Be responsable that content is curated and managed across our channels. 
  • Foster relationships with key community influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Generate more engagement by cooperating with different departments. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2hs a week. 
  • Fluent professional English. 
  • Experience in Social Media.
